Returns and Exchanges

Please take the time to choose carefully as we will only offer a replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty. All of our beautiful leather is carefully inspected and quality checked before dispatch. If you're worried about the product that you have purchased is faulty, simply send us an email by clicking on the button below together with your order number and one of our team members will respond to you within 48 hours. We'll be happy to offer a replacement or refund if the item is deemed faulty.

Unfortunately no exchanges on items that have been hotstamped.

 

How to return your item to us

1. Send us an email to info@gohandco.com.au about your faulty product, please include some images (they usually help with explaining the quality issue). Please include your order number and tracking number if possible.

2. Send your item/s back to us at:

3. We will process your returned items within 5 working days.

4. If the returned item is deemed faulty a replacement or refund will be issued of your choice.
